Kyu-Ouk Lee is the President of the MultiService Forum (MSF) and a member of the Board of Directors.
Currently. Mr. Kyu Ouk Lee works for R&D, standardizations, and commercialization of the WDM-PON system. He has been involved in R&D
fields of network planning, architecture design of switching system, traffic engineering, quality assurance, software reliability, packet and No.7 signaling,
and standardization of NGN (including ITU-T Y.2237 Recommendation by single editor).
He received his B.S degree in EE from Korean Aviation University in 1980, and MS degree in IE from Northern Illinois University in 1990.
He has been working at ETRI since 1979, included 2 years visiting research at AT&T Bell Labs.
