Lily Chen is a Principal Member of Technical Staff in the Network & Technology organization at Verizon. Her main focus is on video services technologies and design for Verizon’s FioS network. Prior to her current role, she worked on optical control plane technology and next-generation network management systems and Operations Support Systems (OSS) architectures, strategies, and requirements. She also has experience in defining architectures for Layer 2 Ethernet, ATM, and other data services. She was active in the TeleManagement Forum (TMF). Lily has MS and BS degrees in Computer Science from Columbia University.
