Richard Dagnall is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Iometrix, the Metro Ethernet Forum endorsed certification lab. He has recently been appointed Co-Chair for Events Marketing at the MEF responsible for the communication of Carrier Ethernet technical specifications to the telecommunications community. Mr. Dagnall is also the Chairperson for the Marketing Awareness & Education Committee for the MultiService Forum. Mr. Dagnall has been part of the Carrier Ethernet community for the last four years organizing the LightSpeed conference series on Carrier Ethernet and Triple Play in western and eastern Europe. Mr. Dagnall has taken a leading role in the advancement of the MEF certification program amongst vendors, operators and corporate class subscribers. In his spare time Mr. Dagnall is a noted author on historical subjects.
