Implementation Agreements
Historically, the MultiService Forum was responsible for developing Implementation Agreements which could be used by developers and network operators to ensure interoperability between components from different vendors. However, this role has been made redundant as standard architectures and protocols, which have been defined in other fora (e.g. 3GPP), have matured. The MSF has now refocused on running IOT events based on standards copmliant architectures/protocols which are endorsed by the MSF. The IOT events are used to facilitate the deployment of those architectures/protocols in next-generation multi-service networks.

Technical Reports
MSF develops Technical Reports, which include white papers, tutorials, advisory reports and technical briefs written for industry experts and laypersons alike.

Technical Library
This section offers a Technical Library as well, which provides access to documents published by MSF for use by members and industry leaders committed to developing and promoting open-architecture, industry standards compliant multiservice systems.

Physical Scenarios
The MSF publishes Physical Scenario documents which define the architectural components and protocols between them to be tested in an IOT event. In turn, the Physical Scenarios document is used as an input to the production of test plans for the IOT event. The test plans themselves are not normally made publicly available by the MSF although individual test plans may be released to partner organisations at the discretion of the MSF BOD.
