Company:
MetaSwitch

Product: MetaSwitch VP3500 Next Generation Class 5 Switch

Product Description: The MetaSwitch VP3500 Next Generation Class 5 Switch provides unique support for both legacy POTS and Packet Voice (VoIP and VoATM) access along with over 50 genuine Class 5 features. The VP3500 provides a future-proof Call Agent and Media/Signaling Gateway architecture based on open standards. Designed for economical growth, the system scales from 400 to 250,000 subscriber lines per rack in a compact, fault-tolerant system. The VP3500 is available today and can be up and running in a matter of hours.

The MetaSwitch VP3500 offers service providers a flexible and cost-effective way to augment or replace legacy Class 5 switching systems, deploy Voice over Packet services without requiring a Class 5 switch, progressively migrate their networks to a next generation VoIP/softswitch infrastructure, and readily create and deliver revenue-generating converged voice and data services such as web-based subscriber self-provisioning and flexible service creation.

MetaSwitch is a division of Data Connection (DCL), an established and financially stable communications technology provider with a twenty-year track record of success working with service providers and equipment providers.
